As a participant of any coaching session, service or event, you understand that Nina Wasankari is a Spiritual and Professional Life Coach and Meditation Teacher— not a therapist, psychologist, or counsellor. She does not offer mental health advice or make any diagnoses of participants.

Nina Wasankari acknowledges that she may be furnished with information relating to participants confidential information and agrees not to disclose this confidential information unless required by law or court order.

Facilitator Nina Wasankari welcomes individuals of all identities, and backgrounds, however given the nature of services, participants must be 18 years or older. As a participant, you understand and agree that you are fully responsible for your own well-being during your sessions, and subsequently, your choices and decisions.

There is a zero tolerance policy for harassment, cruelty, or hateful speech. Participants who harass, threaten, demean, or otherwise harm the facilitator or other participants will be removed from the session or program without a refund.

As a participant, you hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharge the facilitator from every claim, suit action, demand, or right to compensation for damages claimed that you may have arising out of your own choices, acts or omissions, or acts and omissions of your facilitator as a result of any advice given otherwise resulting from the coaching relationship contemplated by this agreement.
